What are your deposit requirements?

25% at time of booking
50% by March 15th
25% by May 15th
Change-over fee $135 due prior to arrival.

What will I receive prior to arrival?

You will receive an information sheet (door access code/wifi etc.) approximately two weeks before arrival.

Are beddings and linens provided?
  • Please bring your own bedding and towels. In case of emergency we have extras on hand.  If used, please launder and leave as you found them.
  • Kitchen linens are provided, as well as supplies such as paper towel, dish soap, toilet paper etc to start you out.  Please replenish supplies as you need additional ones. 
What is the cancellation policy?

90% refundable prior to March 15
After March 15, 90% refundable ONLY should the booking be re-assigned
No refunds after May 15.

How do I make payments?

Please make deposit payments to Arthur Wolf by either  bank e-transfers or cheques (address to be provided upon request).

What time is check-in/check-out?

To ensure smooth transition between rentals on the date of your arrival check-in will be available after 3pm and on the day of your departure your check-out will be 10am.
